LM.C (lovely-mocochang.com)

LM.C (lovely-mocochang.com) is the current project of Aiji (ex-Pierrot). It consists of Aiji on guitar and Maya, who used to be known as Maayatan, 雅-miyavi-'s ex-support guitarist, on vocals. 

LMC does not stand for L-lovely M-mocoC-chang.It stands for lovely mocochang.com, the idea was when they were introduced on french TV as lovely mocochang.com aka LM.C

LM.C's sound is far from pop, with their song "☆Rock the LM.C☆" being mostly rapvocals with guitar (like Limp Bizkit's or Linkin Park's Hip-Metal), while little Fat Man boy has a more upbeat sound and a wild claymation PV to go with it. A lot of their songs also contains genres such as Techno and Electronic.

History
After Maya quit Miyavi's band and Aiji's band Pierrot disbanded, LM.C made their major label debut in October of 2006, releasing two singles, "Trailers (Gold)" and "Trailers (Silver)."

As 2007 began, the group came out with a third single, "Oh My Juliet." On March 7, they released their first EP, "Glitter Loud Box."

They released their fourth single, "Boys and Girls" in June of 2007, featured as the opening theme for the anime, Reborn!

Their fifth single, "Liar Liar/Sentimental Pigy Romance," saw an October 2007 release, while their sixth single, "John" was successfully released in December.

In April 2008, LM.C released their seventh single titled "88". The successful single was followed by the simultaneous release of albums "GIMMICAL IMPACT" and "SUPER GLITTER LOUD BOX" in November of 2008.

LM.C released their eighth single,"Punky Heart" on May 20, 2009. The release of their ninth single, "Ghost Heart" followed in November.

Their second original album, "Wonderful Wonderholic" has been released, as of March 3 of 2010.

Nightmare originated in Sendai and was originally created by guitarists Sakito and Hitsugi in early January 2000. They were later on joined by Yomi on vocals, Ni~ya on bass and Zennin on drums. However, Zennin left around July and, after Luinspear disbanded, Ruka took on his spot in November. 

Nightmare was very productive in their early indies days. Going by the “divide and conquer” rule of survival in the indies world, they went in full force and haven’t slowed down since. Their first tour began in July in the Kansai region and in August, their demo tape, Zange, was released. Their next release was the maxi single Hankouki which contained three songs and an overall violent death metal sound. Released in October by SPEED-DISK, it sold out almost immediately during pre-orders, which called for a second pressing of it the following month. 

With the release of their Jiyuu Honpo Tenshi Ranman maxi in February 2002, Nightmare’s style changed slightly. They now had more of a jazzy, rock’n’roll sound that also incorporated a bit of synth. It was very indies sounding, yet very well balanced. Nightmare then appeared on the Matina omnibus Decadence with the song Crash! Nightmare Channel [FM]. They followed up with a tour of Nagoya and Osaka throughout March and April. On August 17th and 18th, Nightmare held a sold out, two day oneman in Takadanobaba AREA and released the single Gaia –Nadir Side- and later Gaia –Zenith Side-. After many more omnibus appearances and oneman lives, the band released their first mini-album, Outlaw, and showed off a slightly more mature version of themselves.

They started 2003 off strong with the one-man tour BATTLE beginning on February 1 with the final at Shibuya-AX on the 21st. They embarked on two more one-man tours before announcing their major status with Nippon Crown at their June 1st oneman in Akasaka BLITZ. On August 21st, Nightmare released the single Believe, which made it to number 24 on the Oricon charts. Three months later, the triple A-side single Akane/HATE/Over was released in three versions and initiated the beginning of their Ultimate Circus tour. 

2004 saw the release of Nightmare’s first DVD and maxi under their insanity-ridden alter egos Sendai Kamotsu. (also the same name as their fanclub) Meanwhile, as Nightmare, they embarked on a thirty date tour that lasted from April to July. During the tour, the mega-successful single Tokyo Shounen was released and gained them many more fans to add to their already enormous fanbase. They ended 2004 with a flourish with their CPU 2004 Ghz tour, of which the final at Nakano Sun Plaza was later turned into a DVD. They also released their first full album, Libido, and a PV collection. 

The band's first lives of 2005 were held at Sendai MA.CA.NA. and a maxi single, Jibun no Hana, was released in April and followed by a few promotional lives. Nightmare then started on another long tour consisting of thirty-five dates throughout the Sapporo. They also started an online radio show entitled jack in the box! that aired every Wednesday night. 

Also, Sakito, being the trickster that he is, pulled a cruel April Fool's joke on Nightmare's fans. On the band's OHP, he stated that he was leaving the band. Many of their fans were near-hysteric before it was revealed that it was a joke and their managment, as well as those distraught fans, were none too happy... 

In 2006, from their double A side single, the WORLD/Alumina, will be used as both the OP and END themes for the anime DEATH NOTE. As well as being active as 'Nightmare', they've also been up to the usual antics as 'Sendai Kamotsu' with yet another 'gay' themed release. 

At any rate, Nightmare's went full force through 2006 and they no doubt have many other things in the works for this year as well. Their album, the WORLD Ruler, is scheduled for a February 28th release and the limited edition will feature a special book. 

Their latest album release, majestical parade, was released May 13, 2009 and had 3 versions: CD only, CD+ MV MELODY, or CD+ MV Can you do it?.

Their latest single is Rem_ and has three versions: CD only, CD + MV Rem_, and CD + MV love addict. It also comes with a special lottery ticket and love addict has a unique style that they haven't done before.

The GazettE

In March 2002, Ruki, Uruha, and Reita , and Aoi and Yune formed a band under the name Gazette.[2] Originally signed to Matina, they released their first single, "Wakaremichi", and a video release in April. By September they had released two more singles and another video, headlining a show for the first time in October.


Ruki, Reita and Uruha were known for their previous work Kar + te = zyAnose. At this time Ruki was not as drummer and vocalist. The band pre-Gazette (Ma'die Kuss) [2000 ~ 2002], where a vocalist Ruki step, they decided to rename and integrate 2 new members to the exclusion of support. One member specifically Yune, I talked about Aoi, Uruha, and after talking with him, asked him to join the band. Aoi was a lifelong friend of Yune This is what would Gazette in February 2002. In March they do their first tour of Japan and in April of this year get their first single "Wakaremichi" along with 2 pv's, between the months of August and in September launched a new singles Vhs, this time stamp as was Martin. Yune before they officially leave the band members were already in search of finding a replacement drummer rookie. Unfortunately, as a REIT Shoxx interview with the "amateur" and decided to not take off a week of Gazette. Upon hearing this Kai (ex. Mareydi † I thought '). seized by phone and spoke to them, accepting them immediately.



In early 2003, Yune decided to leave the band, and he was replaced by Kai. Shortly after, they signed with the PS Company label, and in May released their first EP, Cockayne Soup. They started their first tour, with the band Hanamuke, and along with the tour, the bands collaborated on two songs. A second tour followed with the band Vidoll, and the bands were featured together on the November issue of Cure, a magazine focusing on Visual Kei bands.[3]

In early December they played a co-headlining show with Deadman. On December 28 they performed at Fool's Mate magazine's Beauti-fool's Fest which was later released on DVD.

On January 16, 2004 they recorded a solo performance at the Shibuya-AX, which was released on DVD as Tokyo saihan ~Judgement Day~.[2] On March 30, 2004 they released their Madara mini-album, which reached #2 on the Oricon Indie Charts. Madara was followed in May by a companion DVD, which included six music videos and an in-the-studio documentary. The same month, Gazette was featured in Shoxx magazine's Expect Rush III, a catalogue of independent Visual Kei artists.[4] A second live DVD, Heisei Banka, was released in August.[2] During September and October they toured with fellow PS Company bands Kra and BIS. Their debut album, Disorder, was released in October, and made it to the top 5 of the indies Oricon Daily Charts.

The band spent the remainder of 2004 and 2005 touring extensively, releasing Gama (another mini album) in August.

In 2005 the band released their first major label single, Cassis, in December.[5]

Starting 2006 with a name change—from Japanese characters to a romanized script—they released Nil, their second full-length album, on February 8, 2006,[2] and embarked on another Japanese tour, ending at the venue Nippon Budokan.[6] That July, The Gazette performed at the Beethovenhalle in Bonn, Germany, their first show outside of Asia. The concerts were arranged in conjunction with the AnimagiC anime and manga convention.[7]

Three more singles were released followed by another studio album, Stacked Rubbish on July 4, 2007. It reached #2 on the Oricon charts within a day from the release. The album debut was followed by a promotional tour from July through September. In October, The Gazette started their first European tour stopping England, Finland, France, and Germany.

A single called "Guren" was released on February 13, 2008, which landed a #1 spot on the Oricon Charts, and it was announced that a new DVD would be released in August, and a new single Leech in Autumn 2008 [8], which also landed a #1 spot on the Oricon daily charts.[9]

The Gazette accomplished a one man tour through all of October called "From the Distorted City", referencing to the song "Distorted Daytime" in their single "Leech". It portrays Tokyo as a Distorted City, in terms of the society and political crisis sweeping over Japan in current days. "From the Distorted City" illustrates 'A Message from the Distorted City of Tokyo'.

On November 15, 2008, the GazettE hosted their first Secret Live in Shinjuku Station. Originally, around 250 people were to be anticipated, but instead, over 7000 came to the live, the most in history. Due to the amount of people on the streets, the police were forced to shut it down after two songs. [9][10] On 3rd January 2009, the GazettE performed along side their fellow bands signed to the PS company label to celebrate the record labels 10th anniversary where they announce that on March 25, 2009, they will release a new single called "Distress and Coma". In addition to their new single the band have announced that they will be releasing a new album "DIM" on July 15th.

On October 7, 2009, they released their new single called "Before I Decay". It'll be the soundtrack for the Japanese version of "Fast and Furious 4".
The band then played at V-ROCK FESTIVAL'09 on October 25, 2009 with other Visual Kei bands. They were featured on the main website, and performed the finale of the whole festival[14], unfortunately their performance was not broadcast live on the internet. Soon they will have another one-man Christmas live on December 24, 2009 called "A HYMN OF THE CRUCIFIXION".

Hmm...benarkah? jika benar umur Playstation 3 hanya tinggal 5 tahun lagi, sepertinya pernyataan ini terlalu berlebihan. Dalam sebuah wawancara, petinggi Sony Computer Entertaintment, Kaz Hirai mengatakan, "Well I think in any given moment, you need to think both short-term – so, what are we doing next fiscal year, how do we grow the current business – but at the same time, you also need to look four or five years out as well. To say, OK, what is the consumer wanting to do in interactive entertainment five years from now, what can we as a platform holder propose, if you will, to the consumers, to say maybe we should so this or that, and make sure that we keep the consumers engaged, and really also make sure that we are leading the market as opposed to following it. So discussions are happening all the time, about both our short term plans – what are we doing this fiscal year, next fiscal year – as well as, what is the world going to look like, what is the landscape going to look like five years from now, or ten years from now."

Saat Mr. Hirai ditanya tentang pendapatnya mengenai pengembangan hardware Playstation baru yang dikembangkan tiap sekitar 10 tahun setelah Playstation sebelumnya dirilis, ia menjawab “I think so, I think so. But at the same time, I think we have proven with two consoles already that when you say it’s a ten-year lifecycle, it’s a ten-year lifecycle. And we have the luxury I think of being able to keep that long lifecycle going, which means that we don’t need to be talking about our next-generation platform, because again we have a very stable [current] platform. And we certainly don’t want to confuse the consumers once again, by talking about something that may or may not happen five years from now. And that’s something we’re talking about and discussing up here [taps his head] in the company, but it’s not something we talk about openly, again for fear of confusing the consumers. And quite honestly, I think the PlayStation 3, we’ve repositioned it, and it’s got quite a long way to go. I mean we’re just starting here.”

Jelas sekali bahwa pihak Sony masih sangat percaya diri dengan senjata andalannya saat ini Playstation 3, namun tidak menutup kemungkinan bagi mereka untuk memulai riset pengembangan konsol game mereka yang baru. Tapi kalo menurut ramalan saya (setelah bersemedi di pulau Trunyan??), PS3 masih akan bertahan sampai kira-kira sepuluh atau 12 tahun lagi, khususnya di negara-negara berkembang mungkin bisa lebih lama lagi (tengok saja rental-rental PS2 yang masih ramai sampai sekarang, padahal umur PS2 sudah jutaan tahun). Biarpun begitu, mau sampe PS6 atau PS7 sekalipun tapi kalo gamenya masih belum bisa dibajak, bakalan susah buat konsol ciptaan Sony ini menguasai pasar di negara-negara berkembang, terutama negara kita Indonesia tercinta..hehe. Lagian rata-rata gamer Indonesia kan lebih milih bayar yang "murah" dari pada bayar buat yang "mahal", ya toh? (^.^)

Review Professor Layton terbaru, "The Unwound Future" (NDS).

Setelah sukses di Nintendo DS dengan dua seri game sebelumnya (Professor Layton and the Curious Village dan Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box), Level 5 kembali merilis seri terbaru dari game ini yang berjudul Professor Layton and The Unwound Future.

Seperti seri-seri sebelumnya yang penuh dengan kejutan dan puzzle, cerita dalam seri the Unwound Future ini juga cukup membuat saya penasaran (sampai susah tidur!). Kisah kali ini, Luke si murid dari sang profesor jenius, mendapat surat yang ditulis oleh dirinya sendiri dari masa depan, tepatnya 10 tahun kedepan!!
Surat tersebut menyebutkan bahwa kota London saat itu (10 tahun lagi) sedang mengalami kekacauan, dan hanya Profesor Layton yang bisa memperbaiki semuanya. Hmm...seperti apa keadaan kota London 10 tahun lagi?

The Unwound Future mengalami berbagai peningkatan dari segi gameplay. Masih dengan point and tuch yang klasik, namun dengan penambahan fitur-fituir baru. Fitur baru yang cukup keren yaitu adanya menu Notes saat kita sedang mencoba menyelesaikan puzzle. Notes ini berfungsi seperti kertas catatan yang akan membantu kita dalam menyelesaikan puzzle. Jadi kita tidak perlu repot-repot lagi mencari kertas saat kepala lagi pusing akibat puzzle yang super susah.

Fitur lain yang tidak kalah menarik adalah "S-hint". Tidak seperti "hint" dalam seri sebelumnya yang hanya membutuhkan satu hint coin untuk mengaksesnya, S-hint membutuhkan 2 hint coin. Namun menariknya, S-hint langsung menunjukkan jawaban dari puzzle yang sedang kita coba selesaikan. Hmm..menarik juga..buat para pemula dan gamer yang malas mikir..hehe..



Ada juga minigame Toy Car yang cukup interaktif dan berbagai side quest yang menarik. Untuk urusan tampilan grafis, sound FX, background music dan sebagainya, seri The Unwound Future layak mendapat dua jempol, walaupun didominasi grafis 2D namun semua unsur yang ditampilkan sangat artistik, begitu juga dengan dua seri sebelumnya.

Aplikasi ini saya rasa cukup berguna buat saya, karena aplikasi ini mampu menterjemahkan teks maupun kalimat dari dan ke dalam lebih 50 bahasa. Namun kekurangannya adalah, aplikasi ini membutuhkan koneksi internet. Sama seperti Google Translate, hanya saja kita tidak perlu membuka situs Google jika ingin menterjemahkan suatu kata atau kalimat, cukup dari aplikasi ini saja.
